Excellent Restaurant Patio

One of my favorite moments was enjoying a meal on the hotel's patio. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was vibrant with people watching. Our server, Shay, provided really good service and truly made the dining experience special. I can't wait to return!

Very nice Room View

I booked a Compact King Room with a city view at the Hilton, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and had a small refrigerator and coffee maker. The view was amazing, especially at sunrise! It really made my stay nice.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, despite its potential. The location is decent, but the overall experience was marred by poor service and maintenance issues. The room was tiny and not up to the expected standards, leaving me feeling frustrated instead of relaxed. I appreciate the effort of the staff, but the hotel felt unorganized.

The Hilton Fallsview has great staff who work really hard to provide a good experience, even amidst ongoing construction. I was impressed with their effort to keep the service smooth, but the construction blocked our view multiple times, and the noise from the construction equipment was a bit annoying. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel is clean and spacious, and the pricing during construction is reasonable.
